Chicken 65
To 1 kg of chicken, add 3 tsp of ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 lemon, 2 tsp of curd, 1 egg, 1 tsp of oil, 1 tbsp or 4 tsp Aaha Masala’s Chicken 65 powder. Soak this for 1 hour and deep fry in oil. Garnish with cut onions, diced lemon and fried curry leaves.
