Tandoori
Soak 1 kg of chicken with Aaha Masala’s Tandoori Masala Powder 1 tbsp, curd half a cup, ginder-garlic paste, and squeeze half a lemon and for 2 hours. Pressure cook the soaked ingredients for 2 whistles and in a pan pour oil and roast the chicken until they are golden brown. Now add the left over gravy from the cooker to the roast until it is dry or roast well in a Thandoori stove. Serve with cut onions, mayonnaise sauce, or mint chutney.
