Mutton Gravy
Pressure cook 1 kg of mutton until the mutton with salt, turmeric powder, until it is tender. Pour 1 tbsp of oil, add 1 Bay leave, 2 or 3 cardamom, fennel seeds. Now, add 2 finely chopped onions, 3 finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste and saute well. Now, add Aaha Masala’s Mutton Masala and stir well until the raw smell goes off. Now add pressure cooked mutton, 1 cup of coconut paste to make, and water as you want the kulambu to be, and then pressure cook 1 whistle. Garnish with chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves to be served for rice, idly, dosa, chapatti, or paratha.
