Chicken Gravy
Make a fine paste of half a cup of coconut. For 1 kg of chicken – pour 1 tbsp of coconut oil in the pressure cooker and add fennel seeds 1 tsp, 2 big finely chopped onions and saute well. Make a Once the onions turn golden brown, add finely chopped 3 big tomatoes, add 2 tsp of ginger-garlic paste and saute well. To this add, 2 tsp full of Aaha Masala’s Chicken Kolambu masala until there is no raw smell. Now add salt and chicken and saute well, and pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles. Once the pressure is released, pour the finely ground coconut paste into the container and allow one more whistle. Garnish with chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves, and a pinch of mint leaves and serve for rice, idly, dosa, chapati or paratha.
