Mutton/Chicken/Quail/Potato Chukka:

Mutton/Chicken/Quail/Potato Chukka: To 1 kg of meat, add 1 full lemon, turmeric, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, and salt and soak for half an hour. Pour 1 tbsp of oil and once it is hot, add 2 finely chopped big onions and saute it well. Once it turns golden brown, add 2 tsp of ginger-garlic paste, add meat and salt, and add ¼ cup of water and keep in simmer for half an hour for the meat to cook. Once the meat is tender, add Aaha Masala’s 2 tsp of Chukka Masala to it and roast it for 5 mins. Finally, garnish with chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.
