Chicken Kebab:
To 1 kg of mutton, add 3 tsp of ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 lemon, 2 tsp of curd, 1 tsp of oil, 1 tbsp or 4 tsp Aaha Masala’s Kebab Masala powder. Soak this for 1 hour. To a hot pan, add 1 tbsp of cooking oil and cook until roasted for 20 minutes. Garnish with cut onions, diced lemon and fried curry leaves
